Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement governs the parties' rights and obligations concerning the sale, delivery, and use of a Discord bot licence, FiveM script, digital content, panel access, or development service ordered electronically by the buyer.

• The product name, scope, licence period, compatibility, and delivery method are shown on the relevant product page or order summary.
• For custom development, the proposal, scope, and delivery plan accepted by both parties form an integral part of the agreement.

The total price, applicable tax, discount, and billing period are shown before order confirmation. Purchases are completed through Discord, or through the Tebex store for FiveM scripts; the relevant platform's payment terms apply.

• Delivery or licence activation may not begin until payment is completed.
• Delivery may be paused while unauthorised, suspicious, or cancelled payments are reviewed.

Bot licences are assigned to a Discord account, scripts are delivered through digital access or a licensing link, and custom development is performed according to the accepted delivery plan. No physical shipment is made.

• The buyer is responsible for providing the correct Discord account and authorised server details.
• Delivery can be reasonably delayed by outages or verification delays involving third-party platforms.
• Delivery issues should be reported promptly through the official support channel.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the buyer may have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. Digital content delivered instantly in electronic form and services started before the period ends with the buyer's express consent may fall within statutory exceptions when the legal requirements are met.

• Withdrawal and refund requests are submitted through the process described on the Delivery and Refund Terms page.
• Mandatory rights relating to defective goods or services remain unaffected.

Unless the product page states otherwise, a purchase grants a limited, non-transferable right to use the product and does not transfer source code or intellectual property ownership.

• Single-server licences are bound to the Discord server confirmed in the panel.
• Selling, renting, sharing, bypassing protections, or distributing a product without permission is prohibited.
• The Terms of Use and product-specific licence terms apply together with this agreement.

Data needed for the order, delivery, and support is processed under the Privacy Agreement.

The parties will first seek a solution through the official support channel. Any mandatory right of a consumer to apply to competent consumer arbitration committees, consumer courts, or other authorities remains unaffected.

By confirming the order, the buyer declares that they have read and accepted the pre-contract information, this agreement, the Delivery and Refund Terms, and the relevant product conditions.
