Terms of Use

Your Callisto account is tied to your Discord identity; no separate username or password is created. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account and your permissions in connected servers.

• You must have the Discord permissions required to manage a server or add the bot.
• You may not use another person's account, payment method, or server without permission.
• You must meet Discord's minimum age and the legal capacity requirements in your country, including guardian consent where required.

Callisto offers Discord bot modules, FiveM scripts, development packages, and custom software services. The scope, compatibility, delivery method, and term of each product are described on its page or in the accepted proposal.

• FiveM script purchases may be completed through Tebex, whose checkout terms also apply to that transaction.
• Custom work is governed by the scope, price, and delivery plan accepted by both parties.
• Features may be updated, restricted, or removed when third-party platforms change.

Unless stated otherwise, a purchased or administrator-assigned bot licence may be used in one Discord server. The server confirmed in the user panel becomes bound to that licence.

• You may not sell, rent, or transfer a licence to another account or server.
• Support may review a reset request for a mistaken selection or verified technical need; a reset is not automatic or guaranteed.
• Bypassing licence controls, copying the bot, or operating it in unauthorised servers is prohibited.

The applicable price, discount, tax, and billing period are shown at checkout. When payment features are enabled, card data is processed by the payment provider; Callisto does not store full card details.

• Cancellation and refund requests for digital products, licences, and services are assessed under mandatory consumer law, checkout disclosures, and the delivery or activation status.
• Where you request immediate performance or delivery of digital content, withdrawal rights may be limited only when the law permits and the required consent has been obtained.
• Delivery or access may be paused while suspected unauthorised or fraudulent payments are reviewed.

You may use the services only for lawful purposes that do not harm others or their rights.

• Spam, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorised data collection, and service disruption are prohibited.
• You may not reverse engineer, remove protections, gain unauthorised source access, resell, or distribute products without permission.
• When using ticket, logging, or moderation features, you are responsible for informing your server members and operating your community lawfully.

The Callisto brand, website design, bot code, panels, and original content belong to Callisto Development or the relevant rights holder. A purchase grants a limited right to use the product; it does not transfer ownership.

• Open-source products are governed by the licence included with the package.
• Escrow products may not include source access and may use Tebex/Cfx.re licensing.
• You keep the rights to logos, text, and data you provide, while allowing us to process them as necessary to deliver the service.

We may maintain and update services to keep them secure and operational. Outages or changes involving Discord, Cfx.re, Tebex, hosting providers, or other third parties can affect Callisto features.

• Continuous or error-free availability is not guaranteed; reported issues are reviewed within a reasonable time.
• Support coverage can vary by product, version, and purchase terms.
• Features may change for security, compatibility, or legal reasons.

Access may be restricted temporarily or permanently for breach of these terms, licence abuse, payment fraud, security risks, or conduct that harms the service. You can close your account using Delete My Account on the account page.

Services are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Callisto is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, third-party outages, or loss caused by incorrect configuration. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to apply to competent authorities remain intact. The date on this page will change when the terms are updated, and material changes will be announced through an appropriate channel.
