Privacy Policy

We process only the data needed to operate your account, licence, and enabled features.

• Discord profile data: user ID, username, display name, avatar, profile banner, and basic profile fields connected to the account.
• Server data: the ID, name, icon, member count, and Discord-reported permission information for servers you are authorised to manage.
• Membership and licence data: registration date, last sign-in, owned product, discount, selected server, and setup confirmation.
• Bot and ticket data: channel and role IDs, panel settings, ticket participants, ticket content submitted by users, timestamps, transcripts, staff actions, ratings, and blacklist records, only as required by enabled features.
• Transaction and technical data: order or payment references, error records, security events, and IP address or request details that may be processed temporarily in server logs.

We process data for the following purposes.

• To verify Discord sign-in and maintain your membership session.
• To match a purchased bot licence to the correct account and server.
• To provide bot, ticket, transcript, moderation, and panel features.
• To manage payment and delivery processes and respond to support requests.
• To detect errors, abuse, and security incidents.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights where necessary.

Depending on the context, processing is based on performing a contract, complying with legal obligations, legitimate interests in service operation and security, or consent where required. If a feature requires consent, a separate notice will be provided.

We do not sell personal data. Limited data may be shared with the following recipients when necessary to operate the service.

• Discord for sign-in, bot, and server operations.
• Tebex/Cfx.re for FiveM script purchases and licensing.
• A payment provider when site payments are enabled; full card details are not passed to Callisto.
• Infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, security, and technical support.
• Competent authorities where a valid legal request requires disclosure.

Discord, Tebex, and some infrastructure providers may process data outside Türkiye. Any transfer is handled under the safeguards, agreements, permissions, or consent required by applicable data protection law.

Membership and licence data is retained while your account or contractual relationship continues. Bot settings and ticket records are retained while required for the feature or kept by the server administrator. When no longer needed, data is deleted, anonymised, or restricted where a legal retention duty applies.

• Delete My Account removes the Callisto membership, active session, and connected profile record; it does not delete your Discord account.
• Financial transaction and dispute records may be retained for legally required periods.
• Residual backup data is removed through the normal backup rotation.

We use technical and organisational measures such as HTTPS, access restrictions, signed HttpOnly session cookies, authorisation checks, and input validation. No system can provide absolute security; please report suspected incidents to us.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to learn whether your data is processed, request access or a copy, correct or delete data, restrict or object to processing, and seek compensation where legal conditions are met. Submit requests through our Discord support server; we may need to verify your identity.

The services are not intended for anyone below Discord's minimum age. Material policy changes will be published here and the last-updated date will be revised.
